Once your parcel is shipped and on its way into your hands, you can track the estimated arrival and check status updates by:

  • Clicking the tracking link in your order update email or, if you have a Baby Bunting Account;
  • You can find the tracking link by viewing the order details in your order history here

Delivery Terms & Conditions

  • Delivery time frames and dates are indicative only. Big and Heavy items may take longer to arrive.
  • Free Delivery is not applicable on big and heavy items (e.g. cots, nursery chairs, drawers), hire services, remote areas and marketplace products.

  • In peak times (e.g., Promotions, Easter, Black Friday, Christmas, Boxing Day and Public holidays) there may be an order dispatch and delivery delay.
  • Baby Bunting will not deliver to a PO Box, locked bag, or parcel locker.
  • Baby Bunting seeks to ensure dispatch of your Goods occur within 24 to 48 business hours of your order being processed. However, in some cases it may take longer. Refer to shipping and tracking information for estimated delivery times.
  • Following dispatch of your Goods, Baby Bunting will email you a confirmation of dispatch.
  • Risk and title in Goods pass onto you at the delivery address provided in your order on the date and time of delivery.
  • If your premises are unattended at the time of delivery and there is no safe place to leave your delivery, the courier may take the Goods back to their depot or to your local post office. Please check your email or SMS text for delivery updates.
  •  Sellers are unable to place Goods inside your delivery address and you should ensure you make appropriate arrangements for assistance to move your Goods (in particular, big and bulky Goods) once they arrive at your delivery address.  Also, deliveries of Goods to individual apartments or units in a strata, apartment building or gated community may not be possible where it is not practicable do so or due to the rules of the building/community.  If that occurs, we will be guided by any building management policies in place at the delivery address you have nominated.  

  • If you require Goods that you have ordered to be re-directed to an address which is not the original order address, Baby Bunting may charge you a reasonable redirection fee.
