Free Delivery is not applicable on big and heavy items (e.g. cots, nursery chairs, drawers), hire services, remote areas and marketplace products.
Sellers are unable to place Goods inside your delivery address and you should ensure you make appropriate arrangements for assistance to move your Goods (in particular, big and bulky Goods) once they arrive at your delivery address. Also, deliveries of Goods to individual apartments or units in a strata, apartment building or gated community may not be possible where it is not practicable do so or due to the rules of the building/community. If that occurs, we will be guided by any building management policies in place at the delivery address you have nominated.
