Gift vouchers are valid for a period of 12 months from the date of issue. Vouchers must be redeemed in full within the validity period; any unused balance will not be refunded or credited on expiry.

 

Vouchers are to be treated like cash; defaced, mutilated, altered, lost or stolen vouchers will not be replaced, refunded or redeemed.

 

Gift vouchers:

• Are not redeemable for cash and cannot be used for payment of credit or retailer accounts
• Must be redeemed before expiry date shown on voucher
• Will be void and may not be redeemed after expiry date
• Cannot be reloaded
• Are redeemable in part

 

Goods purchased with a Gift voucher cannot be returned in exchange for cash.

 

Gift vouchers cannot be redeemed online.

 

If the purchase exceeds the available voucher balance, you must make up difference with another payment method. You are liable for all transactions on your voucher except to the extent to which there has been fraud or negligence by us or any of our employees.

 

We reserve the right to change any terms contained in the Terms of Use at anytime. Changes to Terms of Use will be available on the website or in your nearest Baby Bunting store. Please visit your closest Baby Bunting store if you have any reason to believe an error has occurred in relation to your voucher.

 

Allow 5 working days for delivery of Gift vouchers by Registered post

 

Baby Bunting will not be responsible for late delivery due to postal delays or incorrect delivery or payment information submitted by the purchaser. Baby Bunting does not accept any responsibility for lost or stolen vouchers.
