The top tether strap may release under excessive load.
Hazard
If the top tether strap releases in a crash, an infant may be injured.

Stokke Steps Bouncer Greige

Stokke Steps Bouncer Greige (SKU 112410) sold at Baby Bunting between May 2018 - June 2019.
Defect
Consumers who own both the Stokke Steps Chair and the Stokke Steps Bouncer may find in some circumstances that the Bouncer does not attach properly to the chair even though the locking indicator turns green.
This defect only occurs when the Stokke Steps High Chair and the Stokke Steps Bouncer are used together.
Hazard
The Stokke Steps Bouncer may detach from the chair - because of caregiver or sibling interaction, for instance. Should this happen, there is a risk that the bouncer may fall to the ground and cause serious injury to the child.
Action Required
Consumers should immediately stop using the combination of Stokke Steps Chair and Bouncer, and go to reclamations.stokke.com/stepsbouncer to check whether their Bouncer is affected. If the Bouncer is verified as affected, consumers should continue their registration to receive instructions on how to get their product repaired.

Tripp Trapp Newborn Set

Stokke Tripp Trapp Newborn Set V2 Grey (SKU 113890) sold at Baby Bunting between February 2019 - June 2019.
Defect
When re-assembling the Newborn Set harness after washing, there is a risk that consumers can assemble the harness incorrectly. This may lead to one or more harness attachment points detaching.
Hazard
If the defect occurs, while the child is seated in the harness, they could fall and be injured.
Action Required
Consumers should immediately stop using the Tripp Trapp Newborn Set and go to reclamations.stokke.com/newbornupgrade to verify whether their product is affected. If the Newborn Set is verified as affected, consumers should continue their registration to receive instructions on how to get their product repaired.

Products Effected
Steelcraft Festiva Walker (SKU 105324) sold at Baby Bunting from 27th September 2018 to 17th April 2019. Model & Batch label showing the batch number as a year and month are attached to the front of the pink base of the walker. CAT No 30403 Batch Dates 2018/06 or 2018/10 are affected.
Defect
In some circumstances, through misuse, the toy bar may break allowing the coloured beads to come loose.
Hazard
If the defect occurs, the loose beads may present a choking hazard.
Action Required
Consumers who have models with Batch No. 2018/06 or 2018/10 should immediately discontinue use of the activity tray and return the walker to Baby Bunting for a full refund of the purchase price.

Recall Date: 02/05/2019
Identifying Features
Tikk Tokk Wooden Playpen sold at Baby Bunting between 1st February 2019 to 12th April 2019. Batch number TI470CF-BB on packaging.
Defect
Due to a manufacturing fault in one batch, the spring ball inside the playpen that locks the moulded plastic corners into place may become loose.
Hazard
If the spring ball becomes loose, it could pose a choking hazard to babies and young children.
Action Required
Consumers should inspect the product to see if a spring ball is loose and if so, stop using the product immediately and return the product to Baby Bunting for a full refund.

Defect
In some cases, soft brown plastic feet may not be sufficiently bonded with main unit, may generate small parts.
Hazard
Small parts may cause choking, suffocation, or death in young children.

Defect & How To Check
Missing warning labels. Cots manufactured on the 30/5/2017 do not comply with Consumer Protection Notice No6 of 2005 for labelling requirements. Compliance stickers with mandatory consumer warnings were not placed on the top of the surface of the mattress base.
Hazard
Injury risk if the incorrect mattress is used, or the base is not adjusted to the correct position.
Action Required
If you purchased a Troll Lukas cot after August 2017 from a Baby Bunting store, check the top surface of your mattress base, and if the warning stickers are absent, contact Danish by Design Pty Ltd to receive a new sticker and instructions on fixing it to your cot base.

Defect & How To Check
Some Troll mattresses to suit Nicole, Sun and Lukas cots maybe undersized. Only undersized mattresses are recalled. Undersized mattresses that result in a gap greater than 4cm between the cot and the mattress do not comply with the mandatory standard ' Consumer Protection Notice No.6 of 2005 Consumer Product Safety Standard: Children's Household Cots'.
Hazard
Gaps between the mattress and cot that are greater than 4cm can cause a risk of entrapment.
Action Required
To see if your mattress is undersized, follow the instructions available at https://www.danishbydesign.com.au/product-information/troll-furniture/. Only undersized mattresses are recalled. Undersized mattresses will be replaced by a correctly sized mattress.
