I contacted babybunting online and said it was the wrong product sent.
The nearest store was 40 mins away, which i drove to so that I could exchange it. I even rang the store to check they had stock of it.
When i got to the store, they could not find the Outlook Universal Shade. The store checked, and found that the product i bought and what was showing on the website and their system had the wrong picture.
I got a refund, but the inconvenience of it all left me annoyed. Does this not get checked before going onto your online website?
