Refunds and Exchanges

You have rights under the Australian Consumer Law if an item has a problem. If there is a suspected fault with an item that you have purchased, see further information under 'Faulty Goods & Repairs'.



Change of Mind Returns Policy

In addition to your statutory rights under the Australian Consumer Law, if you change your mind about an item where Baby Bunting is the seller, we are happy to offer you an:

  • an exchange, store credit or refund within 30 days of purchase (or 60 days of purchase if you are a Baby Bunting Family member); or
  • an exchange or store credit for items returned after 30 days of purchase (or 60 days of purchase if you are a Baby Bunting Family member).

For us to be able to process a Change of Mind return, your item(s) must be:

  • returned with a proof of purchase (receipt or online order number - we might also be able to locate the information if the purchase was registered in your Baby Bunting Family account);
  • unused, in original packaging and unassembled with instruction manuals and accessories included and;
  • returned with any bonus item(s) provided at the time of purchase.

Excluded from the Change of Mind Returns Policy are:

  • food items and infant formula
  • Gift Cards and eVouchers
  • discontinued or reduced to clear items

For security purposes, we may request your contact details when we process a return. Any personal information we collect will be held in accordance with our Privacy Policy.


Note: A refund can only be provided to the same payment method used for the original transaction.
