Mothers everyday: Jo's story

In celebration of Mother's Day, we invited our team members to share what 'mum' means to them. Jo Morris, one of our store managers, shares her reflections on intergenerational strength.

I’m sharing these photos of my Grandmothers, my Mother and my Daughter and Granddaughter.

Without these courageous strong women leaving their homelands and carving out lives in harsh conditions I would not be the woman I am today.

I hope I have passed on to my daughter and granddaughter the same fierce courage and determination set for us generations ago.

I like to think of them all on Mother’s Day.
