Click and Collect orders will be ready within 3 hours of store open hours (for orders received by 1.30pm). This is a guideline only and delays may be experienced during sales and busy periods. All store trading hours can be found on our website on the Store Locator.
Our existing free click & collect service is still available for online orders and can be collected from our stores. For customers who prefer not to enter our store, we’re now offering a free contactless Click & Collect service.
Once you place your order online, you’ll receive an email or SMS notification when your order is ready to collect.
If you prefer not to come into our stores, you can conveniently browse our website from home. Call ahead to your local store where one of our team members will happily prepare your order ready for Contactless collection.
We can take payment over the phone once we have validated your identity. A member of the team will call you on a valid mobile number to take payment.
Once payment is confirmed, you’ll be provided with an order number and you can now head to the store to collect your order.
