Paysquad is a payment option that lets you split the cost of your Baby Bunting order with friends and family. Create a Paysquad at checkout, share it with your group, and everyone can contribute towards the order.
Select Paysquad as your payment option at checkout. You'll create a Paysquad and receive a link that you can share with friends and family.
Once your Paysquad reaches 100% of the order total, your Baby Bunting order will be confirmed and processed.
Once you've created your Paysquad, you can use the share button to send the link to friends and family using options such as SMS, email, or other supported messaging apps.
No. Friends and family can contribute using the Paysquad link you share with them. They can also choose to contribute anonymously.
Your Paysquad will remain open for up to 5 days. The expiry date will be shown when you create your Paysquad.
Yes, you can choose an earlier expiry date and time. However, a Paysquad cannot extend beyond 5 days.
No. If Same Day or Schedled Delivery options are selected in checkout, then Paysquad will not display as a payment option.
No. Products are not reserved while contributions are being collected. Stock availability may change before your Paysquad reaches 100%.
Stock is not reserved while your Paysquad is being funded. If a product becomes unavailable before your Paysquad is fully funded, Baby Bunting will contact you to help resolve the issue.
No. Once your Paysquad has been created and contributions have started, the products and order cannot be changed.
Yes. The Squad Leader can cancel the Paysquad before the purchase is completed. The Baby Bunting order will not proceed and any payments committed by contributions will not be processed.
If your Paysquad expires before the full amount has been contributed, your Baby Bunting order will be cancelled and will not proceed. Any payments committed by contributions will not be processed.
Yes. Paysquad sends notifications to the Squad Leader to inform them on the status of their Paysquad.
Yes. For gift buyers, Paysquad can be selected as the payment option when purchasing items from a Gift Registry.
If a refund is required after a PaySquad order has been completed, each contributor will receive a refund in proportion to the amount they originally contributed. For example, if 50% of the order value is refunded, each contributor will receive 50% of their original contribution back. For a full refund, each contributor will receive their full contribution back.
The following products cannot be purchased with Paysquad. If any of these items are in your cart, then Paysquad will not display as a payment option in checkout.
