- Care instructions - we recommend a warm machine hand-wash.
- All Acorn beanies can be hand washed in a mild diluted wool detergent in warm water.
- Once washed gently squeeze your beanie to remove excess water and dry flat on a drying rack.
- A very gently low iron after a wash is also a good way to re-soften the wool fibres.
- Do not place your beanie in the dryer as it may shrink.
- Treat them with love and they will last for a lifetime.

Returns and Exchange Policy
If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase, we will assist you with an exchange or a refund.
Our policy lasts 14 days from the receipt of your order. Once you have notified us of your intention to return an item please post the parcel back to us within 5 working days.
Unless faulty or an incorrect item was sent the return postage is at the customers cost however once an item is received back Acorn will post out exchanges at our cost.
In the event a refund is provided it will be for the cost of the goods excluding the postage. If an order qualified for free postage but once it is in full or partly refunded it would no longer be eligible for free postage the usual postage charge will be deducted from the refund amount.
To be eligible for an exchange or return, your item must be unworn and unwashed, in it’s original condition, with Acorn Kids swing tags attached and you must also have a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please note there is no change of mind refund on items purchased from the sale sections.
Your return must be lodged online through Baby Bunting’s return portal. Once submitted, your request will be sent directly to us, and we’ll be in touch with further instructions.
