Your return must be lodged online through Baby Bunting’s return portal. Once submitted, your request will be sent directly to us, and we’ll be in touch with further instructions.. 

If we accepted the returned product, you must pay the cost of return shipment, the product must be unopened and undamaged and must be received by us within 5 business days of approving the product return.
