Returns & Warranty Policy
- Change of mind: We accept returns due to a change of mind within 30 days of receiving your item. The product must be unused and in its original packaging.. Return postage for change-of-mind returns is the buyer’s responsibility.
- Faulty or damaged items: If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or develops a manufacturing issue, be sure to get in touch with us as soon as possible with details and photos.
- There is no strict time limit for reporting faults — each case is assessed individually in line with ACCC consumer guarantees.
- If the product is confirmed to be faulty, we will provide a repair, replacement, or refund, depending on what is most reasonable in the circumstances.
