Items must be unused and in their original packaging. Your return must be lodged online through Baby Bunting’s return portal. Once submitted, your request will be sent directly to us, and we’ll be in touch with further instructions.. Refunds will be processed upon receipt and inspection of the returned item. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is faulty or damaged.
