Terrible
I bought this chair, it arrived, it was a horrible brown colour opposite to what is pictured. Was disappointed but managed to return it and get a full refund. The return process was easy and they were great to deal with just wish I didn’t have too!

The chair is really nice and comfy and was easy to install. Although it’s much darker in person. The colour is completely different to the picture.

I bought the chair a month ago for my daughter in law. Very comfortable . Just keep in mind that the seat base is narrow, however, this does help maintain posture.
