Flat pack - not pre drilled
Whilst the ottoman now looks great and is functioning well. This product did not come assembled, construction was difficult and required 2 people. Also one of the hinges came damaged and after contacting the manufacturer I was directed to contact Baby bunting and after almost 2 months I have not got anywhere with them. I would only recommend this if you are ready to put together a flat pack that is marked but not pre drilled.
