    Yellow stains and rude service from Company

    This product was a big disappointment I bought it in grey and after only one month it had a big ugly yellow stain on the bottom edge despite me following the cleaning instructions given. Nothing would get it off and I stopped using it, total waste of money. And even worse the customer service Rep was honestly so rude/snippy and unhelpful. It had good reviews but I think it must be people that got the yellow one or perhaps the stains don't show up on other colours.. or they got lucky!

    After lots of research we added this change mat to our registry and I am so glad we did. We opted for the grey one and it looks stylish on our change table in the nursery. Most importantly it is soft and comfortable for my baby when changing her. I find it very easy to clean and so far it has withstood the extensive use. It is more practical in my opinion than other change mats that require covers. There is enough washing when it comes to having a new baby that it is nice to not have to worry about washing and changing covers. Whilst it is an investment compared to cheaper change mats, but the time you factor in buying enough covers and the time and effort to launder them, to me it is well worth the investment.

    Wanted to love

    I researched to no end about change mats, change tables, change everything… And had my heart set on this change mat since I first got pregnant. They’re stylish, easy to clean and look beautiful in the nursery space. However.. It is so slippery I find myself not using it. My baby slips and slides and I worry soo badly that she will fall off it. We end up just changing her on the mat on the floor of her nursery. We have kept the change mat because it looks beautiful and maybe we will use it again. Potentially on the floor in another room. It’s too big for the floor in her tiny nursery.. fabulous product if you have the space to keep it on the floor.

2. It is also more hygienic, as it smooth with no textured surface to trap your baby s mess (which would be impossible to clean!).

3. It is soft and comfy, not a hard plastic that requires additionally padding.

4. There are no ties or belts so no strangulation hazards for your baby.

5. The Change Pad is flat with no incline, so it is safer for your newborn.

The support surface must be flat, stable, structurally sound and if off the ground, preferably have an edge or a lip. Do not leave your child unattended and ensure all your changing needs are within your arm s reach of your baby.

Important Information

This Change Pad is manufactured using a unique process of liquid foam, which makes them more comfortable and softer for your baby. Unlike other pads, we do not use any toxic chemicals to seal the pad, as it is unsafe for your baby and dangerous to the environment. We also do not emboss the top of the pad with patterns, as that is hard to keep clean. As a result, you may see a variation of colour in the pad (swirls, lines and dots of a darker shade) as the pad is not one solid colour. These are natural imperfections and the result of the moulding process, as we do not use any toxic chemicals in production.

Whilst the top of the pad is smooth, the underside of the pad is not intended to be smooth and will have air bubbles and other imperfections.

Each side of the change pad has 2 perforations for drying, as per the pictures above.

These are not stains or mould growth. These are not manufacturing faults.
