We have a hassle-free 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return if you purchased the item from this website.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags/manuals, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Please Note: The customer is responsible for the return postage. If the item is found to be faulty Cherub Baby may refund the return postage within Australia. Cherub Baby will not be held responsible if the return product/s are damaged in transit or lost. Under no circumstances will a refund be issued if the product/s arrive damaged, used & not in original packaging with any tags or manuals.

For faulty products, purchased from Cherub Baby directly, a refund or replacement can be offered, within the 30 day money back guarantee period, and processed within 5 working days of receipt of the item to our office.

For a Warranty Claim outside of the 30 day money back guarantee period, regardless if purchased through Cherub Baby directly or not, please see below.

0m to 1 year from purchase: A new replacement will be sent once fault is confirmed.

1 to 2 year from purchase: A new or refurbished unit (at Cherub Baby's discretion) will be sent once fault is confirmed.

A fault must be confirmed by Cherub Baby before any further action is taken. In the event no fault could be found, the product will be returned to the customer at the customer’s expense.

If the item was purchased as part of a bundle kit, then the item value will be calculated as a percentage of the bundle kit purchase price.

To start a return:

Your return must be lodged online through Baby Bunting’s return portal. Once submitted, your request will be sent directly to us, and we’ll be in touch with further instructions.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact Baby Bunting Customer Service Team immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as baby bottle teats). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
