  • You must be the original purchaser and provide proof of purchase
  • Provide evidence of fault, if applicable

Lodge a Return:

Your return must be lodged online through Baby Bunting’s return portal within 7 days of delivery. Once submitted, your request will be sent directly to us, and we’ll be in touch with further instructions. Returns must be accepted prior to shipping. Return shipping to our address is borne by the customer, unless due to packing error or faulty item.
