- Items must be in original condition and unused (unless faulty)
- You must be the original purchaser and provide proof of purchase
- Provide evidence of fault, if applicable
Lodge a Return:
Your return must be lodged online through Baby Bunting’s return portal within 7 days of delivery. Once submitted, your request will be sent directly to us, and we’ll be in touch with further instructions. Returns must be accepted prior to shipping. Return shipping to our address is borne by the customer, unless due to packing error or faulty item.

Please inspect your items upon delivery. In the event a damaged or faulty item is received, please contact us promptly so we may rectify the issue for you asap.
Change of Mind:
If seeking a refund for change of mind on new, unused items, we will refund the order value less shipping costs and 20% restocking fee to cover administrative and associated costs.
