Basketball hoop not included
After emailing back and forth with customer service about my missing basketball hoop, they told me they will not be sending me the basketball hoop that was clearly in the description as it was a “typo” and they will be removing it. I only ordered this trampoline as it came with a basketball hoop. Very disappointed they could not honour this. The trampoline itself has been good so far.

Nice trampoline
Trampoline is really great. My daughter loves it. However we either got the wrong trampoline or the basketball hoop wasn’t included. It says the hoop comes with the trampoline so not sure what happened there. Otherwise great purchase.
