4-In-1 Cuddle & Crawl Duck

It has very soft fur on the sides and a cute little duck face. I am impressed with how long this duck keeps my sons interest. Its a fun toy and I would recommend to others.

It is so soft and cuddly, and it has an adorable heart button that plays music and sounds and makes the duck waddle around in any direction. I love that it develops visual tracking and core muscles while encouraging baby to crawl. Not only does my baby love it, but my 2.5 year old does too! Such a versatile toy for hours of fun.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This duck meets all of the boxes for a little one. The duck has 4 different motions that are easy to change with a dial on the bottom. It is perfect and grows with the child from infancy to walking. The duck is soft and fun to touch as well as making noise and singing. The plastic wings flap and the duck depending on stage goes in circles or in a line to encourage different movement by your child. It is also great because siblings can assist and interact as well. This will be a go to item for baby shower gifts in the future.

I wish I would've known this toy existed when my son was a newborn because I think it would've helped him to enjoy tummy time a lot more. It holds his attention well without being overstimulating, and even my dogs enjoy watching the duck cruise around. It also gets bonus points for not being annoying to listen to. The duck is lightweight enough that my baby can easily pick it up and interact with it as it travels past him, but one downside to that is he knocks it over a lot and then yells for me to go set it back up. That, combined with having to press the button on its back every minute or so, means this toy isn't ideal for occupying my baby while I do something like wash the dishes, but I still love how much he enjoys playing with it. My only other concern is that the soft fabric seems like it could be difficult to clean if he spits up on his duck or slobbers on it too much. Overall, it's a fun, engaging toy that my baby enjoys and I think it would make a nice gift, especially for younger babies (who are surprisingly difficult to shop for!)

My child would scoot after it to try & grab it but they're not quite mobile enough to catch it just yet. I can't wait until they can! The duck is soft & absolutely adorable.

It’s a great toy to get babies to want to start crawling because they want to follow the duck. My baby currently can only push her self backwards, but still gets excited when I face the duck towards her it’s like the duck is chasing her.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Mattel 4-in-1 Flap & Follow Duck is perfect for growing babies! It’s a lot larger than I expected it to be and the perfect size for little arms to hold. This sweet duck is the so cute and super soft. You have to push the heart on its back to activate the electronics and to go between songs. Its wings flap as it’s moving and singing. It will only move if it’s sitting on the floor though. There are four settings to choose from based on the child’s age, all of which are located on the bottom. Each setting has two songs, some which are educational. It has an off button with low and high sound settings. All the buttons are very easy to toggle and read. The first setting is for early crawlers and it goes back-and-forth in a straight line. The second setting makes a curved line on the floor. The third setting spins in circles. The fourth setting just moves straightforward for older toddlers to chase. I really love all of the songs and find myself singing them often, especially the “Baby Duck Song,” which teaches baby that ducks say “quack,” rather than sounds that other animals make, such as sounds made by cows, roosters, sheep, etc. Another song teaches baby how to spell the word quack (to the tune of “Bingo”). The kids love the songs as well and sing along. It’s a very durable toy and quite versatile, growing with baby through every stage. All of my little ones enjoy playing with and snuggling it. It’s cute to watch them chase it around the house. I highly recommend this toy to others, even if you’re out of the infant stage. It provides hours of fun!
