Here are the general care guidelines: Do not wash or reuse the liners, as they are meant to provide temporary relief during postpartum recovery. Store in a cool, dry place to maintain their effectiveness. For enhanced cooling relief, you can refrigerate the liners before use. This helps provide an extra cooling sensation when applied to the perineal area. Keep the package sealed to prevent the liners from drying out or losing their cooling properties before use.
