Peri bottle for teen birth and periods
I love this peri bottle! I'm 17 and use it two ways! For my teen birth and my period. Post-partum was hard, I had a couple tears and it was great during that time. I would highly recomend this to my friends! For my period, it keeps " down there" smelling good and clean. I have bought other products and the are great too! 👶💞
I love this Frida Mom bidet.
I purchased this as a personal bidet. I am no longer a new mother. Although, many years have passed since then, this product is great for both new moms and older women. I am so happy I found this item when searching for a bidet. I love how clean I feel after using it.

I got this as a gift from a friend as she used hers for her pregnancy. I'm using mine for my cycle. It's amazing and so easy to use and I feel so wonderfully clean and much less....smelly! I'm getting more!

Invaluable tool for the Menopause Phase of life
I am 49, have had 2 vaginal deliveries (17 & 14 years ago) a hysterectomy, am in menopause and have just discovered a pelvic organ prolapse. My family doctor, pelvic floor physiotherapist and surgeon have all recommended we invest in a bidet. Before investing in a bidet I decided to try a Peri bottle first as I remember it being very useful post delivery. In my search for a better version than the one the hospital offers I came across the Upside Down Peri Bottle so I purchased one. I loved it sooooooo much that I purchased a second to keep in two different bathrooms. This bottle is invaluable and has remedied a lot of menopausal intimate skin dryness and pain. We will not be be installing a bidet, if anything I will be getting one more of these bottles for our third bathroom! Thank you for producing such an amazing product.
Just Terrible
This is not a usable product if you have trouble accessing your private areas. If you have to push the spray head against your body to get inside tight spaces, or between areas, the entire neck retracts back into the bottle, which then OPENS THE CAP and dumps (bloody) water all over your hand, your legs, and the floor. What a poorly thought-out design.
Low quality plastic
Unfortunately, the Frida Upside Down Peri Bottle was a huge disappointment. After just one use in a steam sterilizer, the bottle melted and became completely unusable. The plastic is clearly cheaply made and cannot withstand basic sterilization, which is essential for postpartum care products. I expected better durability from a brand like Frida, but this bottle didn't hold up at all.

Great bottle that has a good squeeze and you can put warm water in it so it doesn't sting as much.
Pregnant who?
I’m glad I received this second hand. I’d buy 3 more to have in every situation. Every woman should have this, pregnant, recovering or otherwise. The comfort is unmatched.

This bottle was the game changer in my recovery. It helped me feel clean and the angle was perfect. It came recommended by a friend and I recommend it to others now! I did learn the best way to clean is with soapy warm water.

I thought the hospital provided peri bottle was okay, and then I opened my Frida peri bottle and it was a game changer. Definitely gets a better angle on everything!
