You must be the original owner and able to provide proof of purchase (credit card receipt is fine) and provide at least two photos of your scooter, one of the damaged part and one of the complete product. Damage due to misuse, abuse, prolonged sun exposure/ stored in sunlight, modification, and regular wear and tear is excluded. Warranty does not cover wheels or bearings, chips, scratches, chunking, flat spots, bending, snapping, cracking or other damage of parts that is a result of normal use. NOTE that ‘self-repairs’ prior to a warranty claim void this warranty, and claims will be assessed at our discretion. Approved warranty claims will be repaired or replaced, at our discretion, at no cost to the customer. Globber Australia reserves the right to deny any warranty claim and will never issue credit or a cash refund.

The items you purchase come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.  You are entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.  In the case of a major failure, you are entitled to a refund and compensation may also be payable for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.  Action to remedy the problem may include instructions on proper use.  You may be required to supply the goods for inspection or provide pictures or videos of the defect so an assessment can be made.
