All products are covered under Australian warranty for hardware failure, usually between 12 and 24 months from date of purchase. You must be the original owner and able to provide proof of purchase (credit card receipt is fine) and provide at least two photos of your scooter, one of the damaged part and one of the complete product. Damage due to misuse, abuse, prolonged sun exposure/ stored in sunlight, modification, and regular wear and tear is excluded. Warranty does not cover wheels or bearings, chips, scratches, chunking, flat spots, bending, snapping, cracking or other damage of parts that is a result of normal use. NOTE that ‘self-repairs’ prior to a warranty claim void this warranty, and claims will be assessed at our discretion. Approved warranty claims will be repaired or replaced, at our discretion, at no cost to the customer. Globber Australia reserves the right to deny any warranty claim and will never issue credit or a cash refund.
The items you purchase come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure. In the case of a major failure, you are entitled to a refund and compensation may also be payable for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. Action to remedy the problem may include instructions on proper use. You may be required to supply the goods for inspection or provide pictures or videos of the defect so an assessment can be made.

Order changes or cancellation Once you have placed your order, automated processes mean that changes to the product ordered, order cancellation or changes to delivery addresses are unlikely. We aim to streamline all our processes so you receive your order as quickly as possible. Please double check all your information is correct at the time of ordering, including delivery address, phone number, and correct product and colour ordered. We take no responsibility if you are unable to complete this detail accurately. If we are able to cancel your order without incurring any costs to ourselves, your refund will be processed back on the original payment method within 10 business days, and note - PayPal and Afterpay merchant fees are non-refundable in the event of a refund. You will be advised via return email the address for the item to be sent, and this is at your cost. Alternatively, you can secure the details via the Chat function on the website. Note, original shipping rates will not be refundable, only the product cost. Furthermore, if your order has been dispatched, delivery attempt has failed as you were not home to take delivery; or you supplied the wrong address; or the order is now awaiting collection at a local post office - if you then instruct "Return to sender" - this will also be regarded as a change of mind return and the return postage cost will be deducted from your refund. The goods must be sent back to the nominated address and be in their brand new, undamaged condition, and in undamaged packing, to allow to be resold.
