Start by washing your hands and ensuring your breast is clean. Gently hand express colostrum directly into the collector or use it to draw up drops by lightly squeezing the silicone body and releasing at the nipple. Once collected, secure the leak-proof cap to keep it safe and hygienic. Label and store the collector in the fridge or freezer as needed.
