• Clean the cot using a soft, dust‑absorbing cloth for regular care • For marks or light scuffs, use a slightly damp cloth, then dry immediately with a dry cloth • Occasional use of furniture polish may be applied to maintain the cot’s appearance • Check all screws and fixings periodically to ensure they remain tight • Avoid knocks or scrapes, as damage to the surface or lacquer may reduce durability • If the surface is dented or the seal is damaged, apply solid wax to help protect against moisture
You are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund if the product fails to meet acceptable quality standards. For a major failure, you can request a full refund or replacement and may also claim compensation for any reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. For minor issues, the product will typically be repaired or replaced. Baby Bunting may ask for the product to be inspected or for photos/videos of the defect to assess the claim.

The items you purchase come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.  You are entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.  In the case of a major failure, you are entitled to a refund and compensation may also be payable for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.  Action to remedy the problem may include instructions on proper use.  You may be required to supply the goods for inspection or provide pictures or videos of the defect so an assessment can be made.

We offer an exchange, store credit or refund within 30 days of purchase or, an exchange or store credit after 30 days. For members of BBfamily, it's extended to 60 days. Terms and conditions apply.
