Nice idea but tedious to make and hinges came off
Works well when it works. Took nearly 4 hours for me to put it together. Seemed to be 100 screws (with electric screwdriver). Our 2 yo grandson played with the sandpit, opening and closing the doors, and the 6 small screws came out of the hinges (that were supplied already attached). I found 4 but have lost 2 in the sandpit I think. This is potentially dangerous for our grandson. It may require product recall. Regards, Fred.
Looks great but difficult to build
My husband is a very experienced joiner and got so frustrated putting this together. Some of the screw holes don’t line up so had to drill his own. Also some of the planks are warped so there are gaps. I also didn’t realise that there is no base so we had to make a base for it. However now it’s built it looks great, our son loves it and I’m happy with it for the price!
