Little Wiwa® Play Rugs
(i) Returns and Exchanges
We do not accept returns or refunds for change of mind on the Play Rugs once the product or box has been opened. Each Play Rug is vacuum-packed individually, and once unpacked, it expands to its full size and cannot be repackaged. We’re happy to assist with your decision and recommend purchasing a sample swatch prior to ordering. Please measure your space carefully before opening the package.
If the item remains unopened and in its original vacuum-sealed packaging, an exchange may be offered. The customer is responsible for returning the item at their own expense.
Little Wiwa® Play Mats
(i) Returns and Exchanges
Please inspect your item(s) carefully upon receiving them. If you believe you received an incorrect item, notify us within 7 days, and we will work to resolve the issue as soon as possible.
We only accept returns for exchange only if the item remains unopened and unused. The return will be at the customer’s expense, and the item must be in the original packaging with all original materials included (plastic, label, velcro straps and the box). If a returned item does not meet these conditions, we will send it back to you.
Please note that we do not offer refunds for change of mind. We're happy to assist you with the right choice before purchase. If an order is cancelled at our discretion, a restocking fee of $10.00 per order will apply to cover associated costs.
(ii) Return and Exchange (Due to Manufacturing Fault)
If you’ve recently received your product and discovered a manufacturing defect within 7 days of delivery, your return must be lodged online through Baby Bunting’s return portal. Once submitted, your request will be sent directly to us, and we’ll be in touch with further instructions.
