Wash your hands. Open the sachet, unfold the compress and place the gel-impregnated side on the sore nipple.
Place the gel-impregnated side of the compress on the nipple. Apply at least twice a day for 10 – 60 minutes. The gel does not need to be removed before breastfeeding. The compress is for single use only.
Any excess gel does not need to be removed prior to breastfeeding as the formulation is based on naturally derived ingredients and is harmless when swallowed.
