It eases my anxiety especially since moving baby to her own room

The camera for the dream duo does not work well AT ALL. It is almost always buffering when you go to check in on baby. Additionally, purchasers need to be aware that there is no easy way for Owlet notifications to bypass a "silent" setting on your phone. The only solution is to go in and silence notifications for every single other app on your phone, then leave your phone's sound on at night to be alerted if baby makes noise (again, this is referring to camera portion of the dream duo). Beware of their return "policy" they will state, that is not listed on their website. They will not accept any return for a purchase made 6 months or more in the past, despite their satisfaction guarantee. This can be challenging, given the nature of the product being used when baby is ready to sleep in their own room. In our case, and I'm sure many others', we purchased this in preparation for baby and set up when they moved to their own room (6 months later). If I would've known what I know now, there is no way I would have purchased this.

Can't live without our Owlet Dream Sock. We use it every day and it gives us such peace of mind.

The only reason I am able to sleep at nights is because of my owlet ! I’ve used it for my two kids and have never had a problem with it

As a registered nurse and a first-time mom, I’m probably more particular than most when it comes to monitoring and vital-sign technology. I work with pulse oximetry regularly in the hospital, so I understand both how useful this technology can be and the importance of looking at trends rather than relying on a single reading. We’ve been using the Owlet Dream Duo (3rd Gen) with our daughter, and it has genuinely given us so much peace of mind, especially overnight. I love being able to see her sleep information and trends from the sock while also having the camera available in the same system. The app is easy to use, and I appreciate being able to check on her without constantly going into the room and potentially waking her. From a nurse’s perspective, I also appreciate having objective information available rather than trying to judge everything simply by looking at the monitor. I know a home baby monitor isn’t a replacement for medical assessment or hospital equipment, but having that additional information as a parent is incredibly reassuring. Overall, the Dream Duo has become one of the baby products we use every single day. It combines the things I appreciate as a nurse—data and trends—with what I need as a mom: reassurance and a little more peace of mind while my baby sleeps. I would absolutely recommend it to other parents.

Gives me so much peace of mind being able to see my baby girls heart rate/oxygen. The camera is also such high quality and provides lots of other helpful info for monitoring baby. Could not recommend enough for the peace of mind alone.

With triplets, especially premature babies and spent time in the NICU, I feel like I’m naturally a little more anxious about them, especially when they’re sleeping. Before I had the Dream Sock I was waking up multiple times a night making sure all three babies were okay. It has allowed me to get so much more sleep at night! And it’s easy to setup and use. I haven’t had any false alarms. The Dream Sight is so nice to see them quickly from my phone and know that my babies are okay when they’re not physically with me! The Dream Sock and Dream Sight has been such a helpful extra layer of reassurance. With three babies, anything that gives me a little more peace of mind is a win in my book.

Absolutely worse purchase I have ever made. I bought mine due to having my baby a month early and wanted to have a bit of security. This worthless piece of trash has had problems since day one. I literally troubleshoot it every night, multiple times during the night. I’ve even moved the base into the baby’s room hoping it would connect better but yet still tried to say to sock is too far from the base. Literally less than a foot from the base. Don’t waste your money.

Great for peace of mind for our NICU baby. He is a squirmy guy so we do get connection issue warnings often if he is awake.

My grandmother had ordered me this as a gift after we had lost our baby boy from SIDs. The camera and sock is amazing. Like, a really amazing thing. Even if our girl kicks off her sock (6mths old), the app lets us know and even lets my husband know while hes at work. It's nice to know I can just look at her readings and the camera and ensure that she is okay. Definitely a life and anxiety saver for me and my husband. This is more of a huge thank you for whoever made and thought of this sock and camera. You've brought a huge relief to us.

I got it for my second child and it is a great product to use for new and existing parents. it gives us a peace of mind when our baby is sleeping. Whether you are a first time parents or not, there are always something we worry about. The alarm is really loud though. One thing i wish this sock has is temperature detection on the baby. My baby has congenital hypothyroidism and i am always worry about his body temperature while he is sleeping. Wish the next one would have the temperature detection .
