Build up wear time gradually — start with 4 hours per day for 2 days, increase to 8 hours per day for 2 days, then build up to 12+ hours per day, or as directed by your healthcare provider.
When you remove it, wash the strip gently with mild soap and water, air dry, then reapply. Remove before showering or heavy sweating. Each strip can be reused for up to 28 days.
