Change of Mind Returns (You cover the return shipping cost):
Your return must be lodged online through Baby Bunting’s return portal. Once submitted, your request will be sent directly to us, and we’ll be in touch with further instructions.
You can return an item within 14 days if you:
- Changed your mind
- Ordered the wrong item
- Provided incorrect information when ordering
- All return claims for the reasons listed above must be made within 14 days of receiving your product. If you contact us after this period, our customer service team will review your claim on a case-by-case basis.
- Items must be returned in perfect, saleable condition with all tags, labels, and packaging intact.
Used, personalised, or damaged items cannot be returned. (More information below).
You are responsible for covering the return shipping costs. Please ensure you use Registered Post to avoid any possibility of an item being lost.
Refunds
Once your return is processed, you will receive a product refund to your original payment method.
If we receive an item that is not in perfect resale condition, the item will be returned to you.
Please note: This change-of-mind policy does not limit your rights under Australian consumer law for faulty or misrepresented items.
Returns at Our Expense:
We will replace, refund, or credit any product at our expense under the following circumstances:
The item arrived damaged or faulty.
We sent the wrong item.
It’s different from what was advertised.
The item must be returned to us within 14 days of the Return Confirmation. The item must be packed in the original, unmarked packaging including any accessories and documentation.
Replacement Product
If available, a replacement of the same product will be shipped at our expense once we receive your returned item. Delivery time for the replacement will depend on availability.
Refunds
Returns at our expense cover all shipping and associated costs. Refunds or credits will only be issued after the returned product is received. A refund may be provided if the item is unavailable or cannot be sourced. Refunds will be processed via your original payment method.
Online Cancellations and Order Amendments
Unfortunately, we are unable to cancel or make any amendments to any online orders after your order is placed. Amendments may include but are not limited to:
Change of delivery address
Changes to colours and sizes
Adding or removing items
Applying discounts
Full order cancellations

Consumer Guarantees
As a consumer, you are entitled to certain guarantees in respect of goods and services purchased from us. These guarantees are called Consumer Guarantees and are not impacted by the change of mind policy or limited by a defined timeframe.
The Australian Consumer Law, however, does recognise that the relevant time period may vary by product (or service) depending on the nature of the goods (or service), the price paid, and any representations made about the goods (or service).
Where you believe an item is faulty or defective, it may be necessary for us to send your goods to the manufacturer or their service agent for assessment within a reasonable period of time.
If the goods or service has a major failure, you may reject the good or service and seek a refund, exchange, or repair — or you may keep the item and seek compensation for any drop in value.
If the failure is minor, we will repair the item (or, at our discretion, replace or refund you) within a reasonable time.
Where an item is damaged through misuse, neglect or abnormal use, we will not provide a refund, exchange, or repair.
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
