Returns and Refunds We want you to love your purchase. If something isn't right, we are here to help. Our returns policy operates in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. Change of Mind Returns We accept returns on unused, unopened items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery. Return postage for change of mind returns is at the buyer's expense. Non-Returnable Items Due to hygiene and baby safety we are unable to accept returns on opened or used baby products. Damaged or Faulty Items If your order arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect, please email us within 14 days of receiving your order. We will arrange a replacement or refund, whichever suits you best. How to Request a Return Your return must be lodged online through Baby Bunting’s return portal. Once submitted, your request will be sent directly to us, and we’ll be in touch with further instructions.
