Sleep Aid

I received one of these at my baby shower and was really looking forward to using it however the display with the time and buttons is constantly lit up. There is no way to dim it or turn it off. It’s so bright we can’t use it at all which defeats its purpose.

Such a frustration product. Doesn’t work half the time, the buttons don’t respond, they don’t do what they’re designed to do and the water spills everywhere. Not happy at all. A waste of money.

First the description of soft back lit display is very misleading. It's super bright and lights up baby's while bedroom. Tried to return but they would not accept because box was open The default button sound is so loud. Bluetooth doesn't connect a lot of the time. Is more aromatherapy Red light is good

As mentioned from others here, the terrible design flaws for this product is the bright timer that can't be turned off. Its completely ridiculous and of it wasn't for that I'd give it 5 stars. Also agree no off switch it really odd. I've had to revert to using it during the day but dont get full use of the light function. Very disappointing.

The front light is so bright and no way to turn it off. The buttons are so sensitive and loud and the lid is so tricky to get on and off

This works so well. Two sounds are sort of creepy but other than that it’s a great purchase.

I have the old version which is absolutely fantastic and when I had a second bub I went to buy another one only to find this new version was all that was available now. I bought it thinking it would be just as good but I hate that it’s so much quieter and you can’t turn the clock light off which is just so annoying because I sleep my babies in dark rooms. I have stopped using it and am frustrated for wasting my money. I wish I could buy the old version again!

I have the older design in my toddlers room with absolutely no issues. This new design turns off randomly in the middle of the night and woke up my bay 3 times now!! Only way to get it to turn back on is plugging it out of the back. No off button either if you hold sound like the old one it says something in another language so loud. Buttons are extremely loud to change settings. I don’t know whose idea was it to make all the changes but please bring back original design! So unhappy with this

It is extremely temperamental and you have to be incredibly careful with the water splashing and then the air purifier not working. The white noise works well without water but it does defeat the purpose.

We love the portable sound machine however this one is not it. The buttons are annoying and hard to press. Taking the lid off sucks and to add the actual sound machine is so quiet. The portable one is louder. I love these products yet this one is below average

I needed a humidifier and thought this one would be good. As a humidifier, it's good. As a sleep aid, not so much. The button beeps are annoying, the LED night light and display are too bright. They need to add a sliding scale for light and an off option for display. Would be good if the could, for the price, give us an app for better customisation.

I have owned 2 of these devices - the old one and this new one. The old one broke but I liked it so I bought this new one. I have had non-stop issues with it. The humidifier stopped working on the day I received it. I sent it back to Euky Bear but they sent it back saying it works. It then worked for a week and stopped working again. Very disappointin.g

Horrible horrible horrible. The touch buttons are so loud, and don’t work most of the time. The display lights on the front are so bright how in the world is anyone meant to sleep. You can’t dim or turn off. The humidifier fan is soooo loud, if you’re not sleeping with the white noise on it’s unbearable to listen to. There’s no off button? The light illuminates green non stop, no way to turn off. I have the OG euky bear and love it for my first child, this upgraded version is awful. I wouldn’t wish it upon anyone to try deal with.

I purchased the sweet dreams product about 4 years ago for my first and we are still using it every night, we love!! It was recommended by a sleep consultant. I was disappointed when I went to purchase a second for our new arrival that the model had changed, the new display screen and clock feature is way too bright and no way to turn off. I’ve actually put it for sale on a local mums Facebook and everyone is just seeking out the old model for the same reason! Hopefully the next upgrade will allow bright screens and clocks to be switched off, seems like a feature many don’t want for babies and younger kids. The sleep consultant we use has also stopped recommending due to this change. Shame because otherwise it’s fabulous.

So many things needed to make this a product even worth having in the nursery. Disappointing because the features seem good. First of all, the night light. Even when off, it has a greenish glow which is still too bright and I have to keep a blanket over the top of it. The clock is also way too bright and not dimmable. The buttons are flush so are incredibly hard to press. When using the white noise feature, you have to press the button 5 more times just to turn it off and each time you turn it off, it doesn't save the volume setting for the next time so you need to change the volume each time again. The white noise also cuts in and out sometimes and I have to turn it off and reset it. I haven't used the diffuser. I'll be buying something different to replace this one.
