Returns and exchanges are permitted within 15 days of receiving. You will be responsible for the cost of returning your item. For all return queries, you can lodge a return through Baby Bunting’s return portal where your request will be sent directly to us.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Please include a copy of this with the return.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
Once we have received and inspected the goods, we will organise a replacement or refund your payment in full.
