We provide a 30-day return policy to ensure customer satisfaction.
Change of Mind: Items can be returned within 30 days if they are in original, unused condition with all packaging and tags intact. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items: If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, it can be returned within 30 days for a replacement or store credit. Return shipping costs for these cases will be covered.
Wrong Address: If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, a refund will be issued minus shipping and restocking fees. If the customer prefers re-shipment, additional shipping costs will apply.
Address Changes: Address changes can be processed if the item has not yet been dispatched. If the item has already been shipped, customers will be responsible for re-shipment costs.
Return Conditions:
Items must be in their original condition, unused, with tags and packaging intact, to qualify for a return.
Refunds or replacements will only be processed after the item has been received and inspected.
Important Notes:
Packages lost due to incorrect addresses provided by customers cannot be refunded, but we will assist with courier inquiries.
Items returned due to a customer’s change of mind or other non-defective reasons must meet all return conditions to qualify for a refund or credit.
