I purchased this chair during sale even though my baby doesn’t need it yet. However, I read reviews, I asked other parents, I asked family, even my physiotherapist and everyone swears by this chair. Not only that, people told me they only got around selling theirs when children were about 6-8 years old. And the chair is so highly regarded as second hand it barely even lost any value. I got oak version. The wood is very high quality. You’ve got to appreciate the material as it’s not the common soft wood. The grain and incredibly smooth finish really set this piece apart from furniture I got used to in regular shops. Now I see it everywhere. In BLW books, social media, home design pictures, even in restaurants. The reason why I purchased mine was that I appreciate this will support my baby’s appropriate posture for many years and the quality will ensure that it lasts. I don’t even have to mention that the adjustable levels are unique (my friend’s kid is now 2years old and will soon outgrow his high chair yet still he doesn’t reach his footrest).

The Stokke Tripp Trapp chair is a good piece for families that are trying to support 90/90 sitting positions for their toddlers while eating. If you need a baby highchair you need additional parts to convert this chair. Not suitable for babies.

After using this product, I can honestly say I’m beyond satisfied—it exceeded my expectations. The feature I love the most is the harness. It securely holds my baby in place, which gives me so much peace of mind every time we use it. As my baby has become more active, safety has been a big concern, but the harness keeps them stable and well-supported without any slipping or awkward positioning. The chair itself is also incredibly sturdy and well-built. It feels very stable with little to no wobbling, and it stays firmly in place on the floor. When my baby is seated, I feel completely confident in its stability. You can really tell that it’s made with high-quality materials and solid construction, which makes me trust that it will last for a long time. It’s also designed with comfort in mind. My baby seems comfortable sitting in it and doesn’t get fussy, which is a huge plus. Overall, I’m very impressed with the safety, durability, and usability of this product. I would definitely recommend it to other parents. I’m extremely happy with this purchase!

Amazing chair. Adjustable to baby needs. Quality materials.

This is our second Tripp Trapp as we loved the first one for our son. It’s so nice to have the children at the right height at the table and adapt it as they grow. My son also love to use his as a step to reach the kitchen counters for baking.

We bought our Tripp Trapp when our daughter was turning 6 months old (now 15 months old), and we are very happy to have done so compared to standard plastic chairs. Not only it is of good quality overall, but it allows to follow the growth trajectory of the child with always a good sitting. Cherry on the top, it also becomes a way of playing when our tricky one pushes on her feet on the wooden panel to stand up somehow asking for cuddles and tickles. We also asked for the name's carving since we are sure the chair will stick to our daughter's bottom for some years from now.

We’ve had the Tripp Trapp Chair in Oak Natural for about 9 months now and we honestly love it! It feels really solid and well made. The oak is sturdy and stable, nothing wobbles, and it feels very safe. Our child uses it every day and it still looks great. We also like that you can adjust the seat and footrest as they grow. It’s easy to change and you can tell it’s built to last for years. The natural oak finish is beautiful too, it fits perfectly with our dining table :D

It’s also incredibly easy to clean since there aren’t lots of hard-to-reach crevices where food can hide. The chair feels solid and secure, and we love knowing it will grow with our child and eventually transition into a regular seat. It has been a practical edition to the house especially as able to purchase separately all the additional equipment needed. Thought it was a lot of money to spend but it’s a life long purchase! Looks good in the kitchen and our baby likes it!!
