CHANGE OF MIND RETURNS

1. Monarch Store will allow a return where you have changed your mind, provided that the item in question is:

• Returned within 14 days of receiving order;
• As new and is not used, worn, or opened and has all original packaging and tags in-tact (including any package seals (if any) being unbroken);
• In a resalable condition; and
• Not damaged in any way.

2. We cannot accept change of mind returns on items that come in sealed packages or boxes where seals are damaged or broken.

3. You will be responsible for the cost and risk of returning goods, including the cost of return shipping. If the item is not received, you will not be eligible for a return.

4. You may be provided with a refund only when the returned product is received, and it complies with the requirements outlined above.

5. If the returned item does not meet the conditions of this policy, you will be responsible for the cost of receiving your returned goods back to your nominated address.

INCORRECT OR FAULTY GOODS

• Our quality control teams do inspect all deliveries to ensure the products you receive meet our exact quality standards. However, if you do receive a faulty, damaged or the incorrect product, you can lodge a return through Baby Bunting’s return portal where your request will be sent directly to us.. The return must be received by Monarch Store within 30 days.

Your return must be lodged online through Baby Bunting’s return portal. Once submitted, your request will be sent directly to us, and we’ll be in touch with further instructions.

WE HAVE 3 CONDITIONS FOR RETURNS.
Time:
Item(s) must be returned within 30 days of purchase; 30 starts from the date of delivery to when the returned item is received at our warehouse.

• Include proof of purchase; with your order number;

Change of Mind: Item(s) must be unworn (obviously you can try it on) & unwashed and the most important part the original tags must still be attached, this includes care and size labels.

When returning an item it must meet the following criteria:

• must include a reference to the order number.
• be in its original packaging with all boxes, bags and tags intact;
• include all accessories, manuals, certificates and warranty cards;
• include any free gifts or samples that came with it;
• not be worn, used, opened or expired; and be in a resalable condition.
