Mothers everyday: Chantelle's story

Mothers everyday: Chantelle's story

In celebration of Mother's Day, we invited our team members to share what 'mum' means to them. One of our area managers, Chantelle, generously shares her journey to motherhood with us in this article.

My journey into Motherhood was a tumultuous roller coaster and when asked would I do it again; my answer is simple. In a heartbeat!

At the age of 16 I was diagnosed with stage 5 endometriosis which in turn lead to date; 19 laparoscopies', hysteroscopies and curets; 2 scar tissue removals, 5 stimulated cycles of ivf, 2 frozen embryo cycles and 9 embryo transfers to achieve my miracle, now 3.5 year old son Jayden.

To all the women; past, present and emerging on the fertility journey, I hear you, I see you and salute you for not giving up hope 💕

Everybody's journey into motherhood is unique and personalised. Mine will be different to the next mothers; but there is one constant; a mothers love is unconditional.
