Return Policy
1.1 Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

1.2 Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law are not impacted by our Terms or limited by a defined timeframe. However the Australian Consumer Law does recognise that the relevant time period may vary by product (or service) depending on the nature of the goods (or service), the price paid and any representations made about the goods (or service).

1.3 We would like you to be satisfied with every order you place. Once delivered, you must inspect and test the goods and ensure the goods delivered match your order. If any of the items are damaged, missing or incorrect goods, you must complete a Credit Request Form within 28 days of the invoice date. Splosh does not return or exchange for change of mind.

1.4 Where an item is damaged through misuse or abnormal use, Splosh will not provide a refund, exchange or repair.

1.5 Any items replaced under this Returns Policy due to being faulty, damaged, or incorrect will be delivered to you free of charge and it is at the owners discretion to dispose of the faulty item/s.

Your return must be lodged online through Baby Bunting’s return portal. Once submitted, your request will be sent directly to us, and we’ll be in touch with further instructions.
