Washing: The Breathing Band is machine washable. Wash it in cold water on a gentle cycle to maintain the fabric's quality. Drying: Tumble dry on low heat or air dry. Avoid using high heat to preserve the fabric and ensure it doesn’t shrink. Avoid Bleach: Do not bleach the Breathing Band, as this can damage the fabric. Storage: Store the Breathing Band in a clean, dry place when not in use.
