Bub just did their business at home, fingers crossed they’ll be fine for an hour. Not enough hands, something’s gotta give - nappy bag it is. I’m pretty sure I re-stocked, but I don’t have time to check..
And then, without warning – disaster strikes. You’re empty-handed, and the nappy is full.
A quick and easy nappy change solution for on the fly didn’t exist. We thought that it should.
We created Poonami so that parents and carers just like us could have one less thing to worry about (actually, make that six or seven things). All you need to change one dirty nappy, in a convenient kit you can take anywhere. Crisis, averted.
We’re not here to change the world. We’re just here to help you change your nappies. To put a smile on your face and a twinkle in your eye, after there might have been a few tears (and not just from bub). To make it the one thing that goes right, when everything else is going wrong that day. And to give you confidence that you can face anything that life, and your little one, delivers.

We are happy to provide a refund or exchange for faulty products. However, due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns for change of mind once the product has been opened unless it is faulty.
How do I qualify for a return?
To qualify for a return, the items must be in their original condition and unused (unless faulty). You must also provide a receipt or proof of purchase.
How do I initiate a return?
Your return must be lodged online through Baby Bunting’s return portal. Once submitted, your request will be sent directly to us, and we’ll be in touch with further instructions.
What should I do if I receive a faulty item?
In the rare event that you receive a faulty item, we will uphold your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (under the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth)). According to the ACL, customers may be entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
To process a return for a faulty item, please follow these steps:
(1) Contact Baby Bunting Customer Service Team within 30 days of purchase to initiate a return.
(2) Provide proof of purchase and, if relevant, evidence of the fault.
(3) Send the items back to us as directed by our team.
We will process your refund promptly upon receiving the returned items and confirming their condition.
