Our Night Risk-Free Trial is designed to give you peace of mind when purchasing our products. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase for any reason, contact us by replying to your order confirmation email within 30 nights of receiving your order and we will happily provide you with the return instructions.

In order to receive a full refund the returned stock must be in the original packaging and condition and not missing any parts. For damaged or missing parts we will share the cost of repair/replacement when we've inspected your return.

30 Night Risk-Free Trial Eligibility

Your return request must fall within the 30-night trial period from the date of when you received your order. 

For orders delivered within Australia we cover the return shipping cost. Once we receive and process the returned order, a full refund will be issued of the amount paid minus any extra shipping fees paid.

To qualify for the refund, the items must be in new condition and in their original packaging. Please note that items returned missing parts, in poor condition or damaged may not be eligible for a refund.
