Uber Eats Returns & Exchanges 

Purchased from Baby Bunting on Uber Eats and need a return or exchange? 

Please visit the same Baby Bunting store that fulfilled your order and bring your item plus your Uber Eats proof of purchase. 

Returns and exchanges are assessed in line with Baby Bunting's Uber Eats Returns Policy.

How it works 

Visit the same store that fulfilled your order. 

Uber Eats returns and exchanges must be taken to the same Baby Bunting store that fulfilled your order.

Please bring: 

• your item
• your Uber Eats order details in the app, confirmation email or receipt

We’ll assess your return in store where possible (if the refund request relates to a faulty product, then further assessment may be required) 

Our team will assess your return or exchange in line with Baby Bunting's Uber Eats Returns Policy, including eligibility criteria, return windows and product exclusions.

Approved refunds go back through Uber Eats (not Baby Bunting). 

If your return is approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method through Uber Eats. 

Need help with a different order issue? 

Please contact Uber Eats support in the app for: 

• missing items
• order not received
• delivery issues or delays
• other app-based order issues

These issues are handled by Uber Eats support rather than as an in-store return.
