Helps to quash worries
byWe were sent a bottle of this essential oil blend to use with the Euky Bear Mindful Moments Children’s Meditation Aid. I thought this would be a useful oil for my 5 year old daughter as she experiences a lot of anxiety particularly separation anxiety at night time. The aroma is pleasant and has hints of Lavender, Mandarin and Siberian Fir. I would say that the lavender aroma is the main one you can smell. Used with the meditation aid, it gave the room a nice ambiance at night which aided with her falling asleep quicker.
