Sleepy Time Essential Oil 15ml

I bought this as a cheaper alternative to another brand I was gifted. I do prefer the other brand slightly but the lower cost still trumps that. Would buy again.

I got this to try with my two ASD/adhd girls who have to take medication to help sleep, even with medication still taking around an hour+ once in bed to fall asleep… Now with this + the sleepy time essential oil they’re both asleep within 20 minutes of being in bed. Afternoons are also a bit smoother when I remember to use the big feelings or worry buster essential oils

The Euky Bear sleep time essential oil was the perfect addition for the euky bear diffuser it was great not too over powering and didn't get the chocking feeling. it actually assisted in getting my little man off to sleep without too much chaos

I use this oil with the Euky Bear diffuser; it's very soothing and relaxing. A few drops go a long way so you will only need 2-3 drops to really enjoy the smell! I've also used this during bath time to help with relaxing and getting ready for bed time, and it has worked very well. I have found the sleepy time oil very helpful for both myself and my toddler. My daughter wakes a lot during the night and can be quite emotional right before bedtime. We set up the humidifier and use this oil to create a soothing atmosphere to help her feel safe and relaxed. I have also found it beneficial as it helps me stay calm and allows us to coregulate. I used essential oils occasionally before bed before having my daughter but will definitely be using them more now. This oil has such a lovely fragrance. My little one sleeps with the door open and the scent is so calm and relaxing even for us parents as we can smell the fragrance in our bedroom next door.
