Helps Calm Big Feelings in Little People
byWe were sent a bottle of this essential oil blend to use with the Euky Bear Mindful Moments Children’s Meditation Aid. I thought this would be a useful oil for my 5 year old daughter as she has issues with emotional regulation and can experiences very large feelings at any moment. The aroma is pleasant and has hints of Sweet Orange, Lemon and May Chang. The main aroma I would say would be Lemon. It is also a fresh type of fragrance. Used with the meditation aid, it gave the room a nice ambiance at night which aided to put her in a calm mood which in turn helped with her falling asleep quicker.
